26 people crowded into All Saints on a wonderful autumn evening last Sunday for the Harvest service which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The Rev Elizabeth Keoppler preached on the subject of hunger which was very thought provoking indeed. The donations of fruit and veg were so generous that we only just had enough room in the car to take it all to the Highlands Day Centre in Chippy on Monday. I’m afraid the pumpkins had to stay behind!!!(you know who you are…) The produce was very much appreciated and apple crumbles will be high on the menu for the next couple of weeks I imagine.
